How does your store work?
We buy and sell new and gently used brand name teen clothing and accessories that you have purchased from the retail stores in the last 1-1 1/2 years. We are looking for clothing that is current in style and in great shape. We eliminate anything with holes, fading, missing buttons, stains or items we know are a poor sell in our market. Please keep in mind that 90% of our shoppers are casual teenagers and that is who we buy for.
How much will I get for my clothes?
For the clothes that we buy from you, you will receive 30-40% of what we price the item at. We base our prices on brand, item, age of the item, condition and the demand in our store.
What sizes do you take/have?
We take juniors sizes 00 - 19/20 in bottoms and XS - XXL in tops for girls. Guys are sizes 26 - 40 in bottoms and XS - XXXL in tops.
Do I need an appointment to bring in my items.
You do not need an appointment. We work on a first come, first served basis. How long it takes depends on how much you bring in and how many buys are head of you. We ask that you freshly launder and neatly fold your items in a laundry basket, box, bin or shopping bag. Please, no hangers or garbage bags. Remember, if it is too heavy for you to carry, it will be too heavy for our staff to manage, also.
Are you only purchasing seasonal items?
No, we buy all seasons all the time.
What else do you take besides teen clothing?
We also purchase shoes, belts, purses, backpacks, jewelry, books, DVD's and quality, un-used body lotions, soaps and perfumes.
How do I get paid?
We will pay you cash the day you bring your clothes in. If you leave the store before we have processed your items, we ask that you return by 8:00 PM. If you fail to return by that time, we will pay you in store credit.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes. You have 7 days, with the tags on the clothing and your receipt and you can get a refund of you money in the same tender in which you paid. No tags, no receipt, no return. Clearance items and accessories are not returnable.
